We price by the space a job takes in the lorry, not by the hour and not by the day. Heavy waste fills the weight long before it fills the space, so tell us what it is as well as how much of it there is.
- 1.5 yd³ Small Load About 15 bin bags A few bits from a garage, one room of boxes, a single old appliance.
- 3 yd³ Quarter Load About 25 bin bags A bedroom cleared, a small garden tidy, a bathroom strip out.

Do you work directly with letting agents?
Yes. Give us the agent's details and we will arrange keys and access with them directly, and send the photographs to both of you.
How quickly can you clear a void property?
Usually within a few days of the call, and sooner when a lorry is nearby. Most flats and small houses are cleared in a single visit.
Can you send photographs when it is done?
Yes. We photograph every room once it is cleared, so you can check the property without travelling to it.
What paperwork do I get?
A waste transfer note by email for every load. As the landlord you have a duty of care for the waste, and that note is your record of where it went.
