Office clearances live or die on timing. A business that has to trade on Monday cannot have a lorry outside at eleven on a Thursday, so a lot of this work happens in the evening, early in the morning or at the weekend.
We strip the floor, take apart what needs taking apart and carry it out through whatever the building gives us, which is often one small lift and a fire door. We clear offices, shops and small units around Redhill, Caterham, Oxted and East Grinstead, with a waste transfer note for every load.

Not by Eye.
We price by the space a job takes in the lorry, not by the hour and not by the day. Heavy waste fills the weight long before it fills the space, so tell us what it is as well as how much of it there is.
- 1.5 yd³ Small Load About 15 bin bags A few bits from a garage, one room of boxes, a single old appliance.
- 3 yd³ Quarter Load About 25 bin bags A bedroom cleared, a small garden tidy, a bathroom strip out.
- 6 yd³ Half Load About 50 bin bags A kitchen rip out, a garage emptied, a decent builders' call.
- 9 yd³ Three quarter Load About 75 bin bags A flat cleared, a shop fit out, a loft and a garage together.
- 12 yd³ Full Load About 100 bin bags A whole house clearance, or an office stripped in one visit.

Ask Us.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes, and a lot of this work is done that way. Evenings, early mornings and weekends are normal for office clearances.
Do you take the old flooring?
Yes. Carpet tiles, underlay, vinyl and laminate all go. Tell us the area and we will allow for it in the price.
What about confidential paperwork?
We will not take it as general waste. Confidential paper needs a shredding service with its own certificate, and we will tell you that rather than load it.
Can you work with our building manager?
Yes. Send us their details and we will arrange the lift booking, the loading bay and any out of hours access directly.
