Most of the demolition we are asked about is close to home: the shed that is falling down, the garage that has to go before the extension, the decking that has rotted through, or the old caravan at the bottom of the garden.
We take the structure down, break it into what can be recycled and what cannot, load it and leave the ground clear, so there is one firm and one price rather than a demolition contractor followed by a waste company. We work across Surrey from our yard in Caterham, and we always look at a job before we price it.

Not by Eye.
We price by the space a job takes in the lorry, not by the hour and not by the day. Heavy waste fills the weight long before it fills the space, so tell us what it is as well as how much of it there is.
- 1.5 yd³ Small Load About 15 bin bags A few bits from a garage, one room of boxes, a single old appliance.
- 3 yd³ Quarter Load About 25 bin bags A bedroom cleared, a small garden tidy, a bathroom strip out.
- 6 yd³ Half Load About 50 bin bags A kitchen rip out, a garage emptied, a decent builders' call.

Ask Us.
What size of demolition do you take on?
Domestic and small commercial structures: sheds, garages, outbuildings, decking, fencing, caravans and pools. For anything larger, ring and we will tell you honestly whether it is a job for us.
Do you clear the waste as well?
Yes. Taking it down and taking it away is one job and one price, and the waste goes back to our yard to be sorted.
What if the garage has an asbestos roof?
Asbestos cement sheeting has to be removed by a specialist removal contractor before we start. We will point it out when we look at the job, and take down and clear the rest once it has gone.
Can you remove the concrete base?
Usually, yes. Tell us when you ask for a price, because breaking out a base adds time and weight to the job.
