How it works
Four Steps,
None of Them Yours.
From the phone call to the paperwork. The only part you do is pointing at what is going.
Start to finish
What Happens,
Step by Step.
-
01
Call, or Send a Photograph
Tell us what the waste is and where it has to come from. Most jobs we can price on the spot.
-
02
We Book a Slot That Suits You
A morning or an afternoon rather than a whole day sat in waiting for us.
-
03
We Turn Up and We Load It
Two of us and a van or a cage tipper. You point at what is going and we carry it.
-
04
It Goes Back to the Yard, and the Paperwork Follows
Everything is sorted into its own bay, and your waste transfer note comes through by email.
Priced by the load
Pick by Weight,
Not by Eye.
We price by the space a job takes in the lorry, not by the hour and not by the day. Heavy waste fills the weight long before it fills the space, so tell us what it is as well as how much of it there is.
- 1.5 yd³ Small Load About 15 bin bags A few bits from a garage, one room of boxes, a single old appliance.
- 3 yd³ Quarter Load About 25 bin bags A bedroom cleared, a small garden tidy, a bathroom strip out.
- 6 yd³ Half Load About 50 bin bags A kitchen rip out, a garage emptied, a decent builders' call.
- 9 yd³ Three quarter Load About 75 bin bags A flat cleared, a shop fit out, a loft and a garage together.
- 12 yd³ Full Load About 100 bin bags A whole house clearance, or an office stripped in one visit.

The paperwork
A Waste Transfer Note,
Every Load.
Everybody who produces waste has a duty of care for it, and that does not stop when it goes into somebody else's lorry. The waste transfer note is the document that proves where it went, and it should arrive without you having to chase it.
Ours come through by email. They name the waste, who moved it and where it was taken. If you are a business, keep them for two years. If you lose one, ring us and we will send it again.
- Issued for every single collection
- Emailed, not left on the dash of the lorry
- Kept on our side too, so a lost copy is one phone call
What it costs
Priced by the Load,
Not by the Day.
You are charged for the space the waste takes in the lorry and for how heavy it is. Nothing else. There is no hourly rate running while we carry a sofa down two flights of stairs, and no charge for the stairs.
The price is agreed before anything is lifted, and it does not move afterwards unless you add to the pile. If what we find is smaller than what you described, you pay the smaller price.
- Quoted before we start, in writing
- No hourly rate and no charge for stairs
- Smaller than described means a smaller price
Tell Us What the Pile Is.
Ring the yard, or send a photograph and we will come back with a price.
